information) of the users downloading or accessing our online marketplace software application:
Crayboard (“Platform”), its related features and functions, as per the Terms of Use.

without notifying you. Your continued use of the Platform means that you accept any updated

1. TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We have the ability to collect two types of information, ‘Submitted Information’ and ‘Aggregate
Information’ (collectively, “User Information”).
(A) Submitted Information – Information that you provide to us and information we collect
from you include:
• Your information including your name, address, e-mail address, phone numbers, age,
gender, location information, the internet protocol (IP) address and any other
information added in your account on the Platform;
• Information of the receiver of products / services including their name, addresses, email address, phone numbers, age, gender, location information;
• Products/services searched/shopped for on our Platform, items
added/removed/saved on your cart;
• Purchase and payment information, credit history information;
• content of any communication made with us including reviews/ feedbacks/ e-mails/

• your login, e-mail address, and password, the location of your device, IP address used
to connect your device to the internet;

interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs);

2. WHAT WE DO WITH THE USER INFORMATION

and services that we offer you including to:

Platform.

marketing-related) communications from us after setting up an account. If you do not wish to

Please note that User Information that you may remove or delete from our Platform may still
continue to appear on or be retained by a third party website or platform over which we have no
control. You agree that we shall in no manner whatsoever be held liable or responsible for any
User Information that is retained and/or continues to appear on any third party website and/or
platform.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree that the Company will not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, incidental or
consequential, and all liabilities including for negligence, loss or damage such as loss of revenue,
unavailability of system or loss of data and loss of User Information and for use of or inability to
use the Platform or services of any kind that is offered or to provide indemnity or any other remedy
to you or any third party.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of any dispute, difference or claim arising out of this Privacy Policy the same shall be
settled in accordance with the laws of Republic of India through regular judicial process and the
courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
